I made this recipe for a Lenten (total vegetarian) after services simple meal. Thanks for the easy conversion chart……30 servings and not a drop left. For those that asked, no gluten either! You know it’s a keeper when people want the recipe. BTW, since I needed salsa for the taco chips, I added part of the Sam’s Club sized jar to the soup too.

Oh so good! I was able to freeze some left overs went back within a month or so and let me tell you it was EVEN BETTER.

So yummy and so easy to make with things I usually always have on hand. I added some shredded chicken, cheese, and added a little heat with 505 South Western Flame Roasted Green Chile. Thanks!
