I’m finding that after 12 min in the air fryer the top is brown, bottom is raw. When I flip them over they flatten out. Otherwise they are delicious!!
Also can I cook in water like a traditional bagel and then air fry?

Thank you for your comment. I have found that not all Greek yogurt is the same. Some is thicker that others, especially when you look at the fat content. If you are using a Greek yogurt that is runny, you will definitely need to add more flour until it is easy to roll out and work with. Sorry you were not able to get yours to work out.

You can definitely add more flour as needed to make a smooth dough. I am also at a high elevation, but I have also noticed that not all Greek Yogurts have the same consistency, some are really wet which require more flour to make the bagel dough.
