I&#039;m so happy it turned out so good for you! That cast iron is going to last you forever! I cook everything in mine!! You can absolutely cook the flank steak this way for other applications. I cook it this way and then slice up for tacos, add to salads or pastas all the time. And didn&#039;t realize how easy it is to check doneness with a thermometer instead of poking at my steak and guessing <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />

Do you recommend cooking the steak like this, then slicing to mix into other applications? Or is this recipe really only for  serving as a steak?  Let me know if that makes sense and thanks!]]></description>
