I’ve been craving this all week. This is definitely a quick easy breakfast. I experimented a little and added some crumbled bacon in the recipe. It turned out great as always.

I’ve tried a bunch of other German pancake recipes, but the whole family agreed this one is the keeper! I think the high cook temp makes the edges so perfectly browned and crispy, plus this one puffs up so high! Bookmarking the page since we will be making these every weekend!
