2poundsground beef
1small yellow onion, diced
1red pepper, diced
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tbspyellow mustard
1/2cupketchup
115 ozcan tomato sauce
1tbspbrown sugar
1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1 tbsp Italian Seasonings
6Hamburger buns

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the ground beef. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the diced onion and red pepper to the pan with the ground beef. Cook and stir until softened, 2-3 minutes.
Add in the salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning, stir to combine
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened.
Serve heaping spoonfuls onto warmed or toasted hamburger buns.
