In a large microwave safe bowl pour in the chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until chocolate has melted completely, stirring every 30 seconds.
To the melted chocolate add the Biscoff cookie butter and stir to combine. The cookie butter will just melt into the chocolate.
Fold the chow mein noodles into the chocolate mixture until they are all well coated.
Using a cookie scoop or large spoon, scoop the chocolate covered chow mein noodles onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each nests.
Place the egg shaped candies on top of the nests pressing down slightly to make sure they are sticking to the chocolate.
Allow the nests to cool until firm. This can be done for a few minutes in the freezer, fridge or left out to cool, which will take longer.
