Air Fryer Potato Wedges with Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Perfect crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! These potato wedges with be a go to on your side dish and snack menu! Don't forget the greek yogurt dipping sauce!
Wash and slice potato into 8 equal wedges. In a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix around with hands to coat evenly. Sprinkle with season salt, covering all sides.
Place all 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400ºF and the timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes shake the basket to rotate the wedges and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce
While the wedges are cooking, in a bowl combine ketchup, greek yogurt, vinegar and seasonings. Stir to combine.
