cold milk

Cool Whip, thawed
lemon zest
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk or beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.
Fold Cool Whip into the pudding until well combined.
Chill covered until ready to serve. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
