Combine the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and oregano
Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breast, rub or brush the olive oil to cover the chicken.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture
Place the chicken into the basket of the air fryer
Set the timer for 15 minutes, turn the chicken in the basket and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken measures 165ºF or is no longer pink in the center.
Remove the chicken and rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
The chicken will be dry if allowed to cook for too long. Be sure to check the temperature a few times as the chicken get closer to being done.
