Prepare brussel sprouts by removing stem, slicing in half and pulling off any browned leaves. Rinse clean under cold water.
Place brussel sprouts in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 5-10 minutes until the brussel sprouts are fork tender and crisp on the outside.
