This was really good and insanely easy. I thought the spices would need something else—I didn’t think Paprika, salt and pepper would be enough, but I couldn’t figure out anything else to add to it so I made it as-is and I am glad I did! My whole family loved it!
I feel it doesn’t need the flour (if I am trying to be gluten free) or I could probably use some kind of keto/paleo friendly baking mix perhaps or corn starch if the sauce needed to be thickened. We added some parmesan to the finished dish. This is going into our rotation for sure. Couldn’t be easier! I found your recipe because I saw a similar one on my Alexa screen but it used an Instapot when I just wanted to use a stove top.

This is a super-easy recipe! I followed the recipe exactly…the pork was cooked just enough, the sauce thickened perfectly. While still in the cooking process I was wondering if it would be a bit bland, but it was delicious, I think egg noodles are always a good choice with this type of dish. Yum!
