In a large bowl or zip top bag combine the marinade ingredients and stir to combine. Add in the chicken and mix to coat evenly. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and place in the refrigerator. Marinade for 2-6 hours, until ready to grill.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes before grilling.
Preheat the grill to 375ºF.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto the soaked skewers. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF or the chicken is no longer pink inside.
