Preheat oven to 400º F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Place a single layer of pretzel snaps in the baking sheet
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the brown sugar and bring to a boil. Continue cooking the toffee, stirring occasionally until it reaches a soft crack stage (275º F)
Carefully pour the toffee over the pretzels and spread with a spatula
Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour on chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 1 minute, until the chocolate is melted.
Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly over the pretzels. Top with candy sprinkles and mini candy bars.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces.
