1poundground beef
1/2oniondiced

1tomato sauce15 ounce can
1diced tomatoes14.5 ounce can
3tablespoonstomato paste
4cupschicken broth

1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
8-10lasagna noodlesuncooked
1cupmozzarellashredded

Instructions
In a large 6 quart pot over medium heat, add some olive oil and the one pound of ground beef. Brown the ground beef in the pan for 3-4 minutes. Remove any additional grease with a paper towel if needed.
Add in the onion and garlic and continue to cook and stir for 1 minute until the onion starts to soften.
Add in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth and seasonings. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add to the pot. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked through.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
