In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter and add in the diced green pepper, red pepper, onion and mushrooms, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cook and stir until browned.
Mix in the flour and stir until combined.
Pour in the chicken broth and milk stirring constantly until the sauce thickens
Add in the chicken and heat through
Serve over rice, toast, biscuits or puff pastry
