Chocolate Bark is such a simple Valentine's treat that can be whipped up in little time with just a few ingredients. Customizable with your favorite Valentine's candies and sprinkles.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper
Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds, take out and stir the chocolate. Continue cooking in the microwave in 10 second increments until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour out onto the parchment lined baking sheet and spread out until in an even thickness.
Decorate the chocolate with your favorite Valentine's candies and sprinkles. If adding pretzels, press the pretzels into the chocolate now.
Allow the chocolate bark to cool and harden.
To add white chocolate to the center of the pretzels, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until melted and smooth.
Put the white chocolate into different bowls and add gel food coloring to make different colors.
Place the white chocolate into small plastic bags, then cut off a small corner piece. Pour the white chocolate into the center of the pretzels to form hearts.
Allow to cool and break into smaller pieces.
