In a food processor, crush the Oreos until it is a sand-like texture. Add in the melted butter and combine.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Chill the crust in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, make the pudding by mixing the cold milk and the pudding mix with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
In a separate mixing bowl use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Fold in 1½ cups of whipped topping with a spatula.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Next, add a layer of sliced bananas. Spread the pudding over the bananas. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Chill 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, top with sliced bananas, and more broken Oreos for decoration.
