1sweet potato
1tbsp olive oil
Sweet Potato Seasoning
1tspsalt, kosher salt
1/2tspground black pepper
1/2tsppaprika
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/8 tspcayenne

Instructions
Prepare sweet potato by washing, peeling and slicing into wedges. Slice into wedges, by first slicing in half, then slice those halves in half and repeat until you have wedges.
Place sliced wedges in a medium mixing bowl.
In a small bowl combine the ingredients for the spice mixture.
Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat, either with your hands or tongs.
Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the wedges, add more to taste. You can reserve the remaining for an additional sweet potato.
Toss to coat the sweet potato wedges evenly with seasoning.
Place in the basket of your air fryer and set to 400ºF.
Set the timer for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the sweet potato wedges. Continue to cook an additional 5-10 minutes, until to desired crispiness.
Notes
If you would like to make this recipe in the oven. Prepare the sweet potato wedges the same with olive oil and seasoning. Place on a greased baking sheet and follow the same time and temperature instructions for the oven.
