While the air fryer is heating, wash and dry potatoes.
Rub olive oil all over the outside skin of the potatoes
Season the skin with sea salt and pierce 1-2 times with a fork
Place the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
Bake for 35 minutes, turning half way through the cooking time.
The potatoes are done if a fork slides easily into the flesh. If they are still hard after 35 minutes, cook for an addition 5-10 minutes until tender
Notes
If you have a bigger basket on your air fryer, you can add more potatoes and cook according to the same instructions. Try not to over crowd the potatoes in the basket.
