Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water. Reserve a tablespoon of pasta water for browned butter sauce.
In a large skillet melt butter and bring to a boil continuously stirring until butter is bubbly, brown and fragrant. (it will almost smell like caramel and will be a dark brown color)
Add cooked pasta and tablespoon of pasta water to skillet, toss to cover in browned butter. Sprinkle with mizithra, salt and pepper and parsley.
Serve from the skillet or transfer to a large platter or bowl! Enjoy!!
