Graham Cracker Toffee is a simple and delicious treat the whole fam is going to love. Buttery graham crackers are topped with a luscious toffee, pecan layer, then topped off with a layer of smooth, rich chocolate and more pecans (or your favorite nuts).
Preheat oven to 325º F and grease a jelly roll pan with cooking spray
Lay the graham crackers over the bottom of the pan
Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat, add in the sugar and stir and cook for 4 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add in half of the chopped pecans
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the graham crackers
Bake the graham cracker toffee for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown
Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Let sit for 30 seconds to melt. Use a spatula to evenly spread out the chocolate over the graham crackers.
Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the melted chocolate.
Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
