1Acorn squash
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1teaspoonsea salt
2tablespoonolive oil
Cinnamon Butter
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
1/2teaspooncinnamon
2teaspoonbrown sugar

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400º F
Clean the outside of the acorn squash and slice off the top stem. Slice the squash into two halves and clean out the inside by scrapping with a spoon.
Slice each half into one inch half moons
Place the squash slices into a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil.
Season with cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt. Toss to coat the squash slices.
Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning half way.
Combine the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar and drizzle over the cooked squash pieces.
