9 inch springform pan
Ingredients
16ouncesRigatoni
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 cupparmesan cheeseshredded; divided into 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup
1 cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
144 ouncejar pasta sauce
10mozzarella pearls
olivesblack, green, red
red pepper flakesoptional

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 ℉. Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until it still has a little crunch.
Toss the pasta with olive oil and ¾ cup of parmesan cheese.
Place noodles standing up into the prepared springform pan
Pour sauce over noodles, moving noodles around and gently shaking the pan to move sauce over and around noodles.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with shredded mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Top with mozzarella pearls and bake for 2-3 more minutes. Add olive slices to mozzarella pearls to make eyeballs.
