1.5-2poundsflank steak, sliced thin into 1 inch pieces
4cupschopped broccoli florets
3green onions, sliced
2tbspcorn starch
2tbspcanola oil
1tspsesame seeds

1/3cupsoy sauce
1/3cupwater
1tbsphoney
1tspsesame oil
1tsprice vinegar
1tbspfreshly grated ginger
1garlic clove, minced

Instructions
Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add the oil to the pan.
Combine the corn starch and the sliced beef until all covered
Add the beef to the pan and cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the broccoli and the white part of the sliced green onion to the pan. Continue to cook and stir for up to 5 minutes until the broccoli just begins to soften.
Combine the ingredients for the stir fry sauce and pour over the broccoli and beef. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle the remaining green onion and sesame seeds over the top.
