Instructions
cool brown butter bake 350 20-25 mins
Make the brown butter by cooking the butter in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir frequently. The butter will get foamy and then brown bits will form in the pan, turn off the heat and allow the butter to cool for 10 minutes before making the dough.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup browned butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Add in the 2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix until a soft dough has formed.
Mix in the 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup Hershey's chocolate bar or milk chocolate chip cookies and 1 cup graham crackers.
Press into a well seasoned or greased 12 inch cast iron skillet. Place the 8-10 marshmallows broken in halves all over the top of the cookie dough.
Bake in 350º F oven for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is soft.
Serve while still warm.
