Brownie Crisps are so easy to make at home and are like having all edge brownies. They are crispy, chocolatey and delicious. These brownie thins take just 8 ingredients to make and are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Preheat oven to 300 ℉ and line a half baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the egg whites and sugar until foamy. The sugar should be completely dissolved.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Add in the oil and stir until just combined and smooth. Fold in a half cup of the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter in the prepared pan evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice into squares as desired. Put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Cool completely before breaking into squares.
Store for up to 1 week on the counter in an air tight container.
