Add in the 3/4 cups all purpose flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda until a soft cookie dough is formed.
Scoop out 2 teaspoons sized cookie dough and flatten into a small circle, then press a criss cross with a fork into the top of the cookie, then place the cookie on top of the brownie batter in the skillet.
Bake the skillet cookie for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean and the cookies are browned on top of the brownie. Allow to cool before slicing.
