8 ouncesangel hair pasta or thin spaghettibroken into smaller pieces
1/2cupbutter
16ounceswhite mushroomssliced
1/2yellow oniondiced
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonsdried parsley
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonsea saltor to taste
3cupschicken broth
1cupheavy cream
2-3 cupsshredded chicken
2cupsmozzarella cheeseshredded
1/4cupparmesan cheese shredded

In a large, oven safe skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter and add in the mushrooms and onion.
Add in the onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, sea salt and black pepper cook and stir until browned and tender 5-6 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stir to combine
Add the chicken and broken pasta to the pan, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. About 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the dish and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
