Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a simple, one skillet meal that the whole fam will love. Made with just a few simple ingredients and in under 20 minutes, this is a dinner win.
Preheat a 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Add in the butter and garlic, cook and stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add in the chicken broth and the half and half. Turn the heat to medium high and bring the liquid to a boil. Add salt.
Pour in the pasta and cook for 7-10 minutes (or according to package instructions) until tender. Be sure to stir occasionally to make sure pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Finish with ground black pepper to taste.
