In a large mixing bowl combine 4 cups all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon instant yeast, and 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
In a separate bowl or measuring cup combine the 2 cups warm water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 2 tablespoons jalapeno juice Pour in with the flour mixture. Stir to combine with a wooden spoon or dough whisk until a soft ball is formed. Knead with your hands for about 2 minutes until the dough comes together.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or greased plastic wrap and place in a cool, dark place to rise for 1 hour.
Dust a clean surface with some flour. Roll the dough out onto the floured surface and spread out into a square. Sprinkle most of the 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup jarred jalapeno nacho slices over the dough. Fold the sides to the center, then roll from one small end to the other bringing the dough together into a ball.
Place the bread into a parchment lined 4-6 quart Dutch oven pan. Add additional pieces of cheese and jalapeno to the top of the bread before baking.
Bake the bread covered with the lid in a 400º F oven for 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Carefully remove the bread from the pan and place on a cooling rack to cool before slicing.
