2,1-1.5 poundspork tenderloinssilverskin removed
2tablespoonsavocado oil

Maple Glaze
1/4cuppure maple syrup
2tablespoonssoy sauce
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar

Pat tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl combine the sea salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Season tenderloins on all sides with spice mixture.
Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat with the avocado oil
Place the tenderloins into the pan and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning and browning on each side (3-4 minutes per side)
Cook the tenderloins until they reach an internal temperature of 135º F
Add the maple glaze ingredients to the pan and stir to combine. Spoon the glaze over the pork tenderloins.
Continue to spoon the glaze and turn the pork tenderloins to coat on all sides until the tenderloins reach an internal temperature of 145º F and the glaze has thickened. (about another 5-7 minutes)
Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining glaze from the pan.
