2 1/2cupsall purpose flour
2tbspsugar
1/2tspsalt
1tspbaking soda
3tspbaking powder
2cupsmilk
2eggs
1 1/2tspvanilla
2tbspbutter, melted

Heat a skillet or griddle to medium heat
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir to combine
Add in the eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Whisk together until smooth.
Grease the skillet or griddle with melted butter. Pour out small circles of batter onto the heated pan. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes. Turn the pancakes when bubbles have popped on the top of the uncooked batter side.
Notes
To keep pancakes warm, heat oven to 200º F or set to Warm setting. Place pancakes onto a baking sheet in the oven until ready to serve
