Preheat oven to 350º F and grease a 12 inch cast iron skillet if needed
Make the cookie dough: in a large mixing bowl whisk together 1 cup salted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1 egg by hand or with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
Add the 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 3/4 cup black cocoa powder to the butter mixture and continue to mix until a soft, crumbly dough is formed.
Fold in the crushed 12 Post Malone Oreos, 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup Werther's soft caramels until well combined.
Press the cookie dough into the prepared cast iron skillet, top with additional crushed Oreos and caramel if desired.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
