Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Slice rolls in half through the center. Remove the top and place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet.
Place the sliced turkey on the rolls, add the cheese and then a layer of the cranberry sauce spread evenly over the cheese layer. Replace the top of the rolls.
In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the onion powder, garlic powder, poppy seeds, Worcestershire and dijon mustard.
Brush the butter mixture all over the tops and sides of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
