Ingredients

slices Texas toast bread

eggs
1/4
cup
milk

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
nutmeg

tbsp
brown sugar

vanilla
Instructions
In a large bowl or pie pan whisk the eggs until frothy.
Add in the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined and no lumps remain.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture allow it to soak on each side for 10-15 seconds
Cook on a buttered griddle or skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
