Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray
Make the pizza dough according to the recipe instructions and slice into two halves.
Roll out the pizza dough into an 11 x 14 inch rectangle
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush half of the butter over the rolled out pizza dough, leaving a little around the edges clean without butter.
Place a layer of ham on the dough, also leaving an 1/2 inch on the long edge and one inch on the short end. Next sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and parmesan on top of the ham.
Continue with a layer of salami, cheeses, pepperoni and lastly a layer of cheeses.
Roll the stromboli beginning on one long end and roll it to the other long end. Pinch together to seal the edges, then fold over the ends and pinch together to seal.
Brush garlic butter over the top and sides of the stromboli and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Slice 4-5 shallow slits on the top of the stromboli.
Place the stromboli on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and the cheese is melted on the inside.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 4-5 minutes before slicing
