Berry Cheesecake Fluff Salad

Berry Cheesecake Fluff Salad is a loaded with cream cheese, cream, Jello and berries. Perfect to bring to your next Fourth of July party or just weeknight dinner at home!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 ounces strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large stand mixer or mixing bowl whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the cream , sugar and vanilla. Whip until peaks form in the cream.
  • Add the Jello and mix until Jello in well incorporated.
  • Fold in the strawberries, blueberries and marshmallows.
  • Cover and chill for 5-15 minutes before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
