Indulge in the heavenly goodness of Berry Cream Puffs! With layers of zesty Lemon Whipped Cream, fresh berries, and flaky puff pastry, these are not only easy to make, they are also a delight to share.
Roll out puff pastry to 1/8 inch and cut into desired shapes.
Place on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet
Brush the dough with egg white.
Bake 10-15 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
While the pastry is baking, prepare the whipped cream.
Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until cream just begins to thicken.
Add in the powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest. Continue mixing until the cream forms soft peaks.
Remove pastry from the oven and cool completely.
Split pastries in half and pipe in whipped cream and top with raspberries, or other fruit. Place top pastry on and sprinkle with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
