Ingredients
2lbsbroccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
8ozcream cheese, softened at room temperature
8tbspmilk
1tsplemon zest
1tsplemon juice
1/2tspground ginger
1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
Bread Crumb Topping
1/2cupbread crumbs
1/2cupparmesan, grated
2tbspbutter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a casserole dish or 7 x 11 inch baking dish
Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes, until dark green and tender. Place in the prepared baking dish.
Place cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add in the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour cream mixture over the broccoli and mix to coat.
Bread Crumb Topping
In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan and melted butter. Stir until the bread crumbs have all been coated in butter.
Top the broccoli with the bread crumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bread crumbs are toasted and the cream mixture is bubbly.
