Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Internal temperature of 125ºF
Add in the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, lemon juice and zest. Cook and stir for another 30 seconds until garlic is fragrant.
Remove from the heat to a serving platter and drizzle butter over shrimp. Serve immediately.
