3Russet potatoes, medium sized, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
214 ozcans chili
2cupscheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cupparsley, chopped
16 ozcan black olives
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease a baking sheet.
Place sliced potatoes onto greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Combine the sea salt, black pepper and paprika. Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes. Flip and season both sides.
Place in the oven and bake 25-30 minutes flipping half way through the cooking time.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and top with the chili and cheese. Place back into the oven under the broiler and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chili is heated through.
Top with remaining toppings and eat while still hot.
