Place a pizza stone or baking sheet into oven and preheat oven to 425º F
Make pizza dough and roll out into 6 equal circles (for 6 servings)
Place cheese and toppings onto one side of the circle, leaving a one inch space from the edge.
Fold the dough over the toppings and twist the top and bottom edges of the dough together to seal the calzone. Brush the top with olive oil and season with garlic salt.
Place onto the pizza stone or greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the outside is golden and crispy.

Fill with your favorite pizza toppings and dip in pizza sauce to serve.
