Dutch Baby Pancake

There have been many weekends when this Dutch baby pancake has been the breakfast for our family. A Dutch baby is an eggy, fluffy pancake that is made in one pan. When the Dutch baby is baked, it puffs up in the oven, almost creating hills and valleys in the pancake.

I love making this Dutch baby pancake recipe because it is a one pan meal that will feed all the hungry kids. This recipe is easy to make, even my kids have learned how to make this on their own.
