When you have unexpected guests or need to bring a treat to the potluck party, make up this simple smores dessert. With just a few ingredients and a little time in the oven, this recipe comes together quick and easy.

Cast iron skillets are for more than just making the perfect steak. I love using my cast iron to make simple desserts like a skillet chocolate chip cookie or even this monster cookie.

Why Use Cast Iron

Cast iron is famous for its heat-retaining abilities, like its superpower, which helps cook foods evenly. Cast iron has a lovely non-stick finish that makes cleaning up a breeze. Who doesn’t love that on a busy weeknight?
