This is what you will need to add to your grocery list to make this strawberry cream cheese icebox cake recipe:

How to Level Up This Recipe

While this is a perfectly delicious recipe if made as directed, you can easily add more to it if you want to switch it up. Some ideas are:

  1. Make it a red, white, and blue graham cracker cake by adding in some blueberries. This would be perfect for a Fourth of July party.
  2. Freeze it! It tastes like ice cream with graham crackers in it!!
  3. Assemble it in a trifle dish to make it appear just a little more fancy!

Making Ahead and Storage

This recipe can be made at least a day in advance of when you will be serving it. Any longer and the graham crackers get soggy and the strawberries will start weeping juice.

Store this icebox graham cracker cake in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. This can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
