I am always looking for a treat that is easy to make, comes together quick and uses ingredients that we already have on hand, and this Toffee Bar recipe checks all the boxes. This recipe is perfect for a quick, sweet weeknight treat or bookmark this one for your next Holiday party or family get together, these are always a HUGE hit and will be the first to get eaten!

Can You Make Toffee Bars Ahead?

This is a great recipe to make ahead or even freeze. This recipe can be made up to 3 days in advance of when you will be serving it. Store the finished toffee bars in a an air tight container on the counter until you are ready to serve.

If you are going to freeze these toffee bars. I suggest you slice them into the size you want to serve them in and then place them into a zip top freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. To thaw, remove from the freezer and allow to thaw on the counter top before serving.

How to Store Toffee Bars

These Toffee Bars can be stored in an air tight container or cookie jar right on the counter top. However, if you are like us, they are left in the pan and kept covered with a piece of plastic wrap so we can just cut off a little bite at a time throughout the whole day!!

These will keep fresh if stored correctly for up to 5 days.
