Greek Salad Dressing

To make Greek salad dressing, I like to combine the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid and simply shake until it is well combined. You can also place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixed. Mix for at least 2-3 minutes to allow the oil to emulsify.

Can I make this Greek Salad Ahead?

To make this Greek Green Salad ahead, combine all of the ingredients for the garden salad portion and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

The dressing can be made ahead as well and stored in its own container in the refrigerator. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.

Do not make this salad with the dressing and store ahead of time, the salad will begin to wilt.

I make a lot of salads as a side to serve with dinner, and I get tired of the same usual green salad. So, I decided to try this one and was glad I did! The only change I made, was I used ripe black olives in place of the manzanilla olives, just for personal taste. It’s delicious and wonderful robust flavors. You can serve it alongside any meat entrée. Super easy, very yummy, and super healthy too!

If you’re a WW like I am, then you’ll be happy to know that this delicious salad is only 3 points on ALL THREE plans (Blue, Purple & Green)!
