  • Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Romaine Lettuce or Green Leaf Lettuce
  • Ripe Pears
  • Cashews
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Green Onions
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 Head Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Ripe Pears, cubed
  • 2 oz Asiago cheese, shaved
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Cashews

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small jar with a lid and shake to combine completely. 
  • Chop washed lettuce into bite size pieces. The pear can be thinly sliced or chopped into cubes. Shave the Asiago cheese with a vegetable peeler to make thin slices. Add the cashews. 
  • Pour the dressing over the combined salad ingredients and toss to combine.
