Strawberry Icebox Cake
Ingredients
- 3 3.4 ounce boxes Instant pudding cheesecake mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 16 ounces graham crackers
- 4 cups strawberries washed and sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk. Mix until well combined. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Spread a layer of cheesecake pudding over the crackers. Sprinkle on sliced strawberries.
- Place another layer of crackers on top, then pudding and strawberries.
- Add the last layer of crackers, pudding and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
