How to Cook Teriyaki Shrimp in a pan

To cook this teriyaki shrimp, I like to put everybody in the pan and have it cook all at the same time. First, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a separate mixing bowl.

Add the shrimp to a pan over medium-high heat and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir the sauce for 4-6 minutes, until the shrimp is pink and the sauce has thickened.

Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

How to serve Teriyaki Shrimp

We like to serve this simple teriyaki shrimp and sauce over a bed of rice and then garnish with some sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Such a simple meal!

Another option we enjoy is adding in some matchstick carrots to the sauce and shrimp while they cook, then mixing everything with some rice noodles or even angel hair pasta. Top with sesame seeds and green onions again to finish it off, so good!!
